This course is fantastic. The library is well-organized, practical and easy to navigate. The exercises range from very simple to really challenging. At first glance some of the exercises seem traditional. However, once you read the descriptions and watch the videos you understand how each one is used from a corrective exercise stand point. I especially enjoyed the videos in the library. They taught me how to use the exercises for correcting imbalances, improving movement, alleviating pain and are truly eye opening! Highly recommended course. (Verified review from ACE)

Wish there was hard copy material or legal downloads to have as our own. Also lots of great information in the videos that can’t be replicated. This could be easily integrated in group exercise as well as personal training. (Verified review from ACE)
