Very clear and comprehensive content and easy-to-follow videos that focus on the key movers/stabilisers of the body and the WHY of the release/stretch/strength technique. Instantly applicable ideas that both confirmed and added to my practice.

In-depth class on exercises and stretches to better serve your clients. It was well-instructed with explanations and cues; it was supported with models to understand the muscle groups being addressed, progressions and regressions to be made based on level, and corrections that need to be made when client is in poor position when executing the exercise/stretch.

This was a great course to return back to one of the things that I’m visited on the most, which is corrective exercises. The material was very clear, and allowed me to work and my own pace rhythm without being glued to videos that hit up a lot of time, but we’re not actually helpful. I will definitely recommend this to other trainers! (Verified review from ACE)

The information seems fairly comprehensive, but the presentation could be better. Also, some of the stretches focus on issues like overpronation, and as someone (perhaps in the minority) who over supinates, there is no corresponding stretch offered. (Verified review from ACE)
