This is an excellent course! Real life information combined with thorough explanations and demonstrations of how to improve clients’ posture and body mechanics.
I have been certified through ACE since 1998 and found the information in this course very relatable–except myofascial release first. That’s new and something I need to explore.

This module was awesome. It emphasizes the importance of addressing musculoskeletal imbalances through soft tissue work, such as myofascial/massage and stretching properly before strengthening, therefore reducing risk of injury or exacerbating muscle imbalances (Verified review from ACE)
