Advanced Corrective Exercise Practical Application provides fitness, exercise and health professionals with the opportunity to demonstrate their proficiency in The BioMechanics Method approach to corrective exercise. This is accomplished by analyzing the individual components of a case study involving a real-life corrective exercise client, answering questions about information and skills learned in The BioMechanics Method curriculum, and applying corrective exercise knowledge to sample client scenarios and vignettes. As the culmination of the full curriculum, after completing this final course you will have fulfilled all requirements to officially earn your designation as a TBMM-AdCES.

Advanced Corrective Exercise Practical Application is Module 3 of The BioMechanics Method Advanced Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification course. It is available for purchase as a standalone course to enable students to review, refine and demonstrate their advanced corrective exercise program design skills while also providing an affordable option for those interested in progressing from the Corrective Exercise Specialist credential (TBMM-CES) to earning the Advanced Corrective Exercise Specialist credential (TBMM-AdCES).

The BioMechanics Method Advanced Corrective Exercise Specialist course is a step-by-step learning program. It is highly recommended that the course modules be completed in order to optimize the learning experience.
IMPORTANT: You must complete The BioMechanics Method Corrective Exercise Specialist course (TBMM-CES) AND all all three modular courses of The BioMechanics Method Advanced Corrective Exercise Specialist program (TBMM-AdCES) to receive your Advanced Corrective Exercise Specialist credential from The BioMechanics Method (TBMM-AdCES).
