The BioMechanics Method is thrilled to announce Courtney Hudson as the winner of The BioMechanics Method Corrective Exercise Specialist of the Year competition. This prestigious award recognizes an individual certified in The BioMechanics Method who has demonstrated exceptional application of their corrective exercise skills. With TBMM Corrective Exercise Specialists in over 75 countries, Courtney can certainly be proud of her accomplishment!
Corrective Exercise Specialist of the Year Winner
Courtney is a veteran pitching coach, corrective exercise specialist, and Head of Athlete Development at Engineered Performance Lab – Huntsville, Alabama’s top sports performance facility. Since becoming certified as a TBMM-CES in 2019, she has used her corrective exercise skills to help athletes of all ages and abilities avoid injuries and achieve their personal bests. One of her more notable clients, major league baseball pitcher Kyle Wright of the Atlanta Braves, reached another career high this year after winning the World Series in 2021. Courtney also had four pitchers competing in the College World Series in 2022, and says the knowledge gained from The BioMechanics Method transformed the way she looks at athletes.
We would also like to congratulate our other three finalists. Rhonda Collins, the owner of Body Longevity in Brisbane, Australia who offers mobile corrective exercise services for clients and has been a vital part of the fitness industry since 1989. Christopher Lin and Jenniser See are a husband and wife team providing online corrective exercise services through their company ChristoJen based in Singapore.
